- OR 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics.
- For M.Ed., a B.Ed degree is mandatory.
- Candidates must choose one teaching subject studied in qualifying degree with at least 50% marks out of 200 marks.
- There is no restriction on passing year.
- Final year students are also eligible subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria at admission time.
